Moderators

Moderators (Mods) are the persons who are working directly at the front. They are answering questions, closing treads, keeping informations up to date, enforcing the board rules, helping new users and taking care for the players at the board in general.

Super Moderators

SMods are supervising and coaching Moderators and Trials. They are the first contact for moderators concerning questions, problems with users and for users concerning dissatisfaction with the work of a moderator. Most of the SMods have moderator rights on all board sections, sometimes they have access to so called „Admintools“ like Mantis or notify or are able to add announcements on their boards.

Board Administrators

Board Administrators are the highest instance on every board. They have to coordinate the board team, keep information up to date, inform the community about the different news of the daily game life and many more. Board Admins should always try to make sure that a availability of the board as the most important support contact point is guaranteed.

Game Operators

GOs look after Servers to which they are assigned. They are responsible to apply Game Rules and ban accounts, to help users with in-game related problems and anything else that involves their Servers.

Super Game Operators

SGOs look after GOs work, complaints can be sent to them. They are responsible for more than one Server; if you have a problem with a GO, or feel something is out of line with one, please contact their SGO. It is SGOs job to make sure that their GOs are working to a high standard, and that they are enforcing the rules properly and with neutrality.

Game Administrators

GAs are responsible for the Game. They assign new GOs and SGOs. They are the link to the programmers.
